Shipments and returns
SHIPMENTS:
Shipping to Italy:
Shipping costs amount to € 6.50 including VAT and will be calculated during checkout.
Delivery times vary depending on the area, from 2 to 5 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays), unless otherwise indicated on the website or by email.
Once the parcel is dispatched, the user will receive an email to be able to track the order.
The company is not liable for delivery delays attributable to the courier.
Shipping to Europe:
We ship throughout Europe (Cyprus, Malta, Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Andorra excluded)
Shipping costs vary depending on the destination country and will be calculated during checkout.
Prices quoted are exclusive of VAT.
€ 16: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Slovenia.
€ 26: Bulgaria, Croatia, Estonia, France, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Portugal, Czech Republic, Romania, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden, Hungary
€ 37: Finland, Greece
Shipping Switzerland: € 26
Goods with destination a foreign country outside the European Union are subject to payment of customs duties, which will be borne by the recipient.
Delivery times for orders abroad may vary depending on the area, from 7 to 10 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays).
RETURNS AND WITHDRAWALS:
If you need to return a product purchased online, write to shop@bmartigrafiche.it indicating the order code in the subject line, or call our offices on 011/9651510 within 14 days of receiving the product. (Art. 52 of the Consumer Code).
For the return request to be successful, the products must be undamaged and sealed in their original packaging.

Please find below the procedure to follow when returning the product.
1) Download and fill in the return form and insert it inside the package. Note: Please send a copy of the form to our e-mail address (subject: “Returned order no. ......)
2) Place the undamaged and sealed products in their original packaging.
3) Send the parcel to the address

4) Once we receive the package, we will assess the condition of the product and refund the amount in the payment method used for the purchase.
